- We Test for the effects of stress. Everyone knows that living with major stress can affect your mood and even brain function. But what many don’t realize is that lots of little stresses can add up to the same effect as a major stress. This is dangerous because so many people living with depression don’t realize that stress is a factor because any stress they have is “small”.
- We give diet suggestions. It is well established that some foods can cause depression type thoughts. Eliminating these foods can make a big difference.
- We test for certain nutrients. There are several nutrients can alter the function of the brain. We test you to determine if there are any deficiencies in certain nutrients that could account for some of the issues.
